Young Minnesota Entrepreneurs Buy Once Publicly Traded ...

The deal terms were undisclosed, however both Hayden and Marvin declined to buy the publically traded company WebDigs, Inc (WBDG) in order to keep their company privately owned. Hayden and Marvin formed an investment arm of Renters Warehouse known as Fiontrai II in early 2012 and have been seeking to acquire local property management and real estate companies. ?Fiontrai??means ?Entrepreneur?in Irish. This isn?t Hayden or Marvin?s first go around, both having ownership in 8 other local companies, despite Hayden (26) and Marvin?s (28) young ages.

Brenton Hayden and Ryan Marvin purchased assets of the innovative and once publically traded WebDigs (WBDG). Hayden and Marvin, both Minnesota natives and young entrepreneurs who formed Renters Warehouse in 2007, and since have developed it to become the largest residential property management company in Minnesota, and the fastest growing privately held company in Minnesota according to Inc. magazines Inc. 500/5000 list.
